Prednisone for Rare Case of Disabling P
Stephanie A.

Re: Acrodermatitis Continua of Hallopeau (see Rare Case of Disabling P)

Am writing to respond to your call to hear from others that have ACH. I have been diagnosed with this also. I have it both on my feet and my hands. Chemotherapy seems like an awful alternative, although I understand why you would try whatever was available. My doctor has prescribed prednisone for me. While this does not get rid of the disease it certainly has helped keep it under control. -Stephanie A.

Ed’s Response: Thanks for the feedback, Stephanie. Good luck with your on-going therapy. -Ed
